No. Damn! I should have.

But that reminds me of an apropos short video
my friend Amy sent to me a few months back.

Geez, he's almost as big as my fattest cat. He needs a name and a leash!

Ha! Cute video. Let me rephrase my question: Did you try kissing her?

Eeeeek!

If it raced my cat, though, it would win.

Please, please keep it.

I do love this fat, awesome toad with all my heart. It was sitting right in front of my door when I got home from the store, like it was just waiting for me to let it in. It didn't budge for the longest time. Then when I went to pet it, it leaped away to the far side of the porch and into a bush. It became amazingly long and thin when it was hopping, uncoiling the full length of its balled-up toadness. It looked like a totally different animal in motion.

The other day when I was mowing, a toad hopped in front of me (the same one?) and I was afraid I'd hit it, so I stopped for a minute. Rupert saw the motion, though, and came over to inspect. He eyed the toad curiously as it hopped rather aimlessly through the tall grass. Then he scooped it up in his jaws, but before I could scream at him he spit it out of his own accord and made a face while it hopped merrily to safety. Toads must taste yucky.

I can just see Rupert doing that!

What's the difference between a frog and a toad? I know I was probably supposed to learn that at some point, but I must have missed school that day.
